What are the best aspects of this product?

Clari has a very intuitive interface. It is very organized and I can readily see the data I need. It has filters and color codes that can quickly draw your attention to any area you need to pay attention to. I can also export any data I need without any problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really don't have anything to dislike about Clari. But if they were to improve something, it will be the time-consuming task of setting up sales opportunity pipeline in SFDC.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Clari is an invaluable tool for my company. We use it to manage our sales pipeline and to predict deal closures.
