PROS: Clari is the perfect tool to streamline opportunities into a view that I can easily manage. I may be able to track it in Salesforce, but Clari paved the way for an easier understanding of all the data coming in. I can also say that I find the CRM score very useful.

CONS: Nothing really to scrutinize, I truly enjoy the product. I am easy to please!

PROS: Clari has a very intuitive interface. It is very organized and I can readily see the data I need. It has filters and color codes that can quickly draw your attention to any area you need to pay attention to. I can also export any data I need without any problem.

CONS: I really don't have anything to dislike about Clari. But if they were to improve something, it will be the time-consuming task of setting up sales opportunity pipeline in SFDC.

PROS: I was able to keep track of the ins and outs of my business because of Clari. I can easily see all the deals we have in an interface that is easy to digest and understand. As a result, I can immediately execute plans and changes if needed. Furthermore, SFDC and Clari work well together.

CONS: I'd love it if Clari can also track other aspects of my business like that of certification requirements and partnership goals.

PROS: This tool gave me several opportunities for my business to grow. We were able to easily see and track the information we need in a timely manner. Also, allowing us to input notes into each account made it easier for us to understand what needs to be done or what we can improve on. We can also export reports which allow us to be more efficient.

CONS: I think Clari should provide tutorials for new users as it can be quite complicated to understand some of its features. It'll also be useful if they improve their best case and commit deals. Finally, I hope they could add more space for comments as currently we are only limited to a few characters.

PROS: I can now easily digest all the data coming in from SFDC. My sales rep can now also focus on the fields that actually needs attention. This saves them a lot of time.

CONS: I found some comments that you can do all that Clari has to offer in Salesforce, but so far, I really love how clean and organized my pipelines are.

PROS: I used to have 30 tabs open to manage what we need for our business. Now, I only need Clari to track deal updates, stages, amounts, dates, etc.

CONS: I hope that in the next few updates Clari would allow us to change the amount of an opp if a product SKU is listed in the opp.

PROS: If there is one thing I absolutely love about Clari it is its dashboard. It is super easy to use and track the information you need. Furthermore. I can connect it to SalesForce so I can manage my pipelines and opportunities better.
