Overall design is pleasing, forces you to comb through your data in multiple places to ensure no discrepancies.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not user friendly at all, even adding a form to our website took their support 3 tries to figure out what the problem was, making changes requires a very tech savvy employee, none of their modules connect so if you change information in one spot for a lead you also need to make sure you correct it in 2-3 other places so your data isn't incorrect, hard to track or search sales data, and close rates.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More connectivity with in the system for accurate data, easier to use functions, more streamlined options so when you need to change something it takes a few seconds, not a few minutes, automation, ability to catch duplication.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Unfortunately none, after a year of use and working with multiple reps who kept passing us around we still had inaccurate data and could not get the information we needed for a basic CRM system.

It is frustrating and disheartening on the rare occasion that we hear of users who have experienced difficulty with our solution. Unfortunately, however, we suspect that in the case of this anonymously posted review, legitimacy and honesty has been usurped by misrepresentation, malice, and unwarranted retaliation.

Additionally, our support team is unrivaled, eagerly bending over backwards to assist all of our customers, from the largest enterprise organization to the smallest sole proprietor.
