What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is exellent for portfolio management. I've tried other tools like it but they don't even come close. I love how its UI is familiar to use. Those who uses their social media a lot will feel very much at home with this. It also has deep workflows as well as an InterAct engine.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you're looking for something affordable, this tool isn't something you'd go for. But in my opinion, it has the bells and whistles that will make you want it from the get go. For its price, it's definitely worth it. A great tool for long term use. No regrets since using this from day one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're making use of this tool for managing our project portfolio. We're also using it for our IT request in our existing systems. We came to a realization that it's excellent in enhancing efficiency, simplifying tracking requests, and monitoring resource utilization in all projects.
