What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is super easy. Most users were already up and running in mere minutes. It only took a few minutes to figure everything out with basic training. Its robust social media module contains in-context discussions for every project. It even goes as far as each task level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One area that I think that this software needs to improve on is their reporting functionality. While most basic reporting is comprehensive, we're still in need of complex reports that couldn't be achieved via the reporting tool. With that in mind, it's very simple to export data directly from the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we deployed Clarizen, we were managing projects via a combination of Microsoft products since our projects ended up becoming unstainable and shaky. Making use of a complete PPM solution allowed us to look into real-time overview of our exisiting projects.
