What are the best aspects of this product?

We needed a streamlined connection between various functional groups that would guarantee us that each and every project will be closed on time. Additionally, the tool had to manage a vast pool of resources (human and material), distribute them, and allow us to have an equally flexible and scaleable perfomance on micro and macro level. Personally, I perceive it as the key holder of our current success, too robust to take small bugs into account. It is indeed a high-quality product, and I can't imagine where we would be now if it wasn't for it. Greetings to the idea!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In order to put hands on full customization, you have to be a premium user. What you have in the lower packages are pre-defined and pre-packed solutions, not something that is really relevant to what you do. In future, we would like customization to spread to the standard plans too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Handling resources in an appropriate way was our biggest problem, and Clarizen solved it. I believe this is a priority to buisness project management in any company.
