Couldn’t have chosen a better PM product

What are the best aspects of this product?

Clarizen solved our problems, and went far beyond our expectations. We love its friendliness, detailed customizability, and the powerful integration with other software. At our company, we have an ERP system handling finances, and a CRM handling sales, so the goal was to find a project manager that will integrate with them. Being able to respond to this, Clarizen soon became the center of our workflow, and we all got to love it. What is really good is that you can always 'lean on' support: there is an amazing team behind it ready to answer every question.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product is so good that I really can't think of a feature that is not there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are solving many problems, tracking projects to task levels, tracking our budget, communicating, and reporting. Clarizen's flexibility has been of utmost help to us, as we created a base of available translators that correspond exactly with our list of requirements, so we don't have to look for them and to lose time. As I already mentioned, we're benefiting from integrating the system with our ERP/CRM, and we've automated almost all of our processes (issuing POs, answering invoices, etc.).
