My review on Clarizen

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very friendly program, indeed! By friendly, I don't only refer to us as a team, but to other companies' products that integrate like a piece of cake. You extract the data you need, create an amazing report, and save it in excel format. Speaking of reports, Clarizen doesn't even expect you to have your own templates and ideas-it has pre-defined reports and it fulfilles them based on the schedule data you've entered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like how it works, but I don't like how it looks! It is a bit too basic, likewise short term project organizers for one use. As an agency that is busy with email marketing and high project turnover, we need somehting much more professional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Each of our projects takes its time, and we're using literally every opportunity to shorten time and efforts invested in them. Clarizen is a good way to go, especially because it doesn't cost that much.
