The ideal software for project management.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love everything it has! There are lots of customizations for such a powerful software. Data appears to be limitless. It even comes with an SQL-ish API. Hands down to the support team. They're an amazing bunch. The software itself is in the same level as Rackspace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping it would come at an affordable price. Or at least have flexible options to choose from. It's not such a bad thing. But it's obvious people want to buy things at a cheaper price. One hurdle that they need to get over with is the canned process for first-time project managers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We migrated from a simple time-tracking solution to this software. This enabled us to make the right decisions based on factual data. We no longer have to dive deep down just to make it happen. Back then, obligations were ignored. This time around, employees now have an idea on which things need to be done and which time frames are appropriate for accomplishing them.
