What are the best aspects of this product?
This software is very intuitive, user-friendly and easy to set up. I am able to set-up the schedule for a client and I don’t need to keep the building schedules every week. It has great messaging features that allows you to send a message to a caregiver through text or email or even both, and all the reply and messages are stored into electronic file within the system. I can create and send schedule for one caregiver or to select bunch. I use its CareFinder tool to match the service needs of the client with the skills of the caregiver. It has great reports and wonderful system to create them based on the filter I choose. Its customer service is wonderful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could change the data range for some reports, like adding last month or last year. Also, I would like to see numbers for set period of time. I would like to have an option to count unconfirmed shifts as scheduled hours in order to have a picture of whole scheduled hours per week.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I love the integration with QuickBooks it’s intuitive and it provides clear appearance of ClearCare invoices. I don’t have to copy-paste emails into records because all emails to-or-from this software are automatically into caregiver and client electronic record. Its saves a lot of time for scheduling.
