What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is clear and user-friendly, it can be used by everyone and it doesn’t require specific computer skills. Each area is simple and easy to set up, it provides great tools that are very helpful for caregivers and clients. We don’t have to worry about billing and our clients are very satisfied with this product and what it offers. We don’t have to gather all time sheets, add them in order and to pay the caregiver and bill the client, everything is done automatically and in perfect order.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the caregivers could clock in and out from various phone numbers, because sometimes the phone can be out of order. There is an issue within the software when it comes to canceling a day then it cancels the whole week instead of just that day, after this we have to change the schedule back.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its clock in-and-out options verifies the accountability of the caregivers, our clients feel better about their billing and they are paid with correct amount.
