What are the best aspects of this product?

Invoicing and payroll is very easy. Online storage of data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software (entire site) has had some MAJOR down times. They refuse to compensate users for this down time. This past down time was over two days. Our companies lost thousands in productivity.
