What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the usability and its cloud capabilities. I had no problems in setting up and learning this product. Its reporting system is powerful and easy to customize. I can easily connect the payroll and billing via this software. I am very satisfied form its customer service, they are open to new suggestions and they react quickly when it comes to solving problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its CRM offerings are great but they require more powerful system. This is the only thing I “dislike” and I know that the team behind this software invests lot of effort, time, energy and money.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to increase ROI and efficiency. It takes home’s interaction to the next level. We are able to utilize the tab features and tab reporting features so we can be more focused on different areas. We are able to streamline everybody process by pulling reports and to gather data.
