
What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily teach my staff how to use this program, its training videos are great and easy to follow.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that when some clients move from Active to Non-Active they lose some important resources. When pulling out reports we can’t look at live schedules and review previous ones when the client has been active but now non-active. They could provide much better support for multitude turnover.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before using this product the scheduling process tool no less than 4 days, but with this system the whole process is fast, we can be more focused on administrative time and schedulers can work on their educational materials. It saves lot of time and there is no need to hire another person for this job.
