What are the best aspects of this product?

ClearCare meets all our needs, it provides fantastic user interface and fast performance. It’s much better than the previous product that we have used. Its reporting functions are powerful and quick at receiving information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software lacks user security options especially for different roles within the office. The reminder emails go to all admin users, and this is quite an issue in our company because we are large company and everyone gets these kind of notifications.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a product that is fast, scale-ability and that provides great functionalities for all our employees and clients. The reports we get are accurate and help us to make better decisions. The team behind this product does everything to improve it and to meet all our needs. We have experienced high productivity and fast responsiveness of the system.
