What are the best aspects of this product?
I have used other software like this one, but I have to say that ClearCare is one of the best program I have ever used in my career. It’s easy to use, it’s intuitive and it requires minimal training. Our members can easily add prospects, clients and caregivers and they can even create staffing shift as well. I can easily interact with my team and team members with this software. I like that it is automatically added into caregiver file and it provides us with real documentation. Its customer service team is one of the best and provides us with useful tips and helps us to solve various problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I need an option where I can link monthly charges to the clients onto the calendar. Now, we are charged for all active clients, and this means that when someone is on hold we have to deactivate them so we can avoid the charges. This is really necessary, they could make it much simpler. Also, I need to go into the payroll so I can approve appointments and charges and then to go into billing to do the same thing. It would be great if they could make this for both at the same time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to grow my business and to save lot of time. I am able to handle the scheduling in a seconds. This product does the job and it helps me to match bot clients and caregiver skills for open shifts.
