What are the best aspects of this product?

We have great and smooth experience with ClearCare. Sometimes it can be difficult to do all that work and you will need a software that would help you to keep up and handle almost everything, thankfully they have made ClearCare software that does the job for you. It offers great set of features that saves you lot of time so you can be more focused on other things. This software takes no more than 30 minutes, the exports can be done with only one click, the caregivers can log into their portal whenever they want, and they are able to see their assignments, future calendars and all client info. Its customer service is always available for you to assist you.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes this software runs slowly, but it’s not too often.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone is up-to-date with their calendar and schedules. We are able to connect with everyone, all I have to do is to put someone’s email and they would receive their own log-in, where they can see everything about their past, current and upcoming events, shifts and invoices.
