What are the best aspects of this product?
I use the app to validate my listings and reduce my bounce rate as well. I don’t mind paying for a monthly premium for a product that does a great job in double-checking my leads. I realized that there are many dummies and expired email addresses on my list that I haven’t noticed before. I have been wasting a significant amount of money by continuously sending emails to people/addresses that no longer exist. I chose to work with Clearout because of its consistent good feedback, affordable pricing, and integration features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve had a little bit of a challenge in understanding how the documentation works. But I got my answers from the CS team, so I have no more issues so far.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I make time to validate my business listing to make sure that my previous contacts are still active in their jobs or companies. Usually, I don’t get any notifications if the email address is still a valid one or not only to find out that when if bounces after a day or two. Validating my current listing would also give me a clear idea of how many people read our emails and take things seriously.
