What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to send email pitches and one of the highlights is the live presentation feature. I use ClearSlide every day to do demos for my clients. I also send out mass emails to thousands of customers simultaneously. I was using Webex before, but ClearSlide is a much better app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The live presentation feature does not seem to be working properly. You have to try a few times and it stalls sometimes. Because of this issue, I was not able to finish a presentation for a client. To be fair, the problem could be with my network and not with ClearSlide.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the app for live demos and email marketing campaigns to sell a time and attendance system. The email pitches generate most of my business. ClearSlide helps me do an effective job and boosts my sales.
