What are the best aspects of this product?
The screen-sharing feature is great because I can share my screen with customers and tell them what to do at their end. It is a big help in instructing them on marketing techniques because I can do more than just visualize the instructions with them. The email tracking feature is a big benefit too because if I don’t get a response from a client, I can check if they’ve opened the email or if it’s lying unopened in their inbox. This helps me take further action accordingly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no major disadvantages. ClearSlide integrates with Salesforce and offers easy-to-use features for both presenter and viewer. However, sometimes my clients struggle to find the right option to switch screens in screen share. The vendor can make this option more noticeable by changing it to a different color.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The major benefits are I can contact clients and know for certain if they have received my information. I can also track their engagement. I can see the data and then test best practices, which improves my marketing skills.
