What are the best aspects of this product?

The highlights are the Live Meeting feature which allows me to share a screen and the ability to send email pitches and see who opens and reads the emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is complicated to use. Plus, the customer support is not that good especially during the early stages when you are trying to get the hang of using the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The major benefit is I can learn which leads and prospects are reading my email pitches. This helps me narrow down prospects and leads who are interested in my services.
