PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many features that I like including the easy connection that does not require any downloads, the screen-sharing for demos, links to presentations, email marketing templates, and the content repository.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I connect with global customers, therefore it would be useful if ClearSlide can provide interfaces in main languages like Spanish, German, French, Portuguese etc. The calling feature can be improved and it could have integrations with Skype and switch.co.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We provide support and attention to customers in more than a 100 countries. I use ClearSlide templates to send presentations before the demos to inform the customer about the important features of our software. The email marketing features save me plenty of time and the product is more simple and easy to use compared to other apps in the market.
