PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

ClearSlide allows you to easily connect with others and to share screens. I like that anyone can be present and connect on it. The clients can call in using any phone and have an access to corresponding screens.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found out that the audio is distorted. Also, sometimes will kick me or other party off the call so we have to call in again. Furthermore, the screen goes black when we have shared it for 40 min, it requires refreshing but it can interrupt the presentation.

It improves the communication so we can better understand our customers and help them learn more.
