PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are no downloads required, you can send clickable link so they can be present at live meetings. I like that I can call clients directly through the program, when I receive their answer they are added to the meeting. The tool is great and user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my experience, the template editor and correspondence system can be buggy. Also, new version of Outlook connector crashes. Even though it offers good design and good idea they system is unstable. They could make the correspondence tool easy to use and customize. It can be hard to change fonts and spacing can be off. I cannot search for emails and I cannot easily see what I sent to some company. There is no search function on main dashboard.
