What are the best aspects of this product?
I’ved used ClearSlide for tasks such as inside sales, BDR/SDR, and field sales. It is a great app for the inside sales team to deliver pitches and demos. Highlight features are email/content tracking capabilities and web/tele-conference functionality. But ClearSlide is not much use to SDR and field sales teams as it does not offer much beyond what standard conferencing solutions offer. Plus, if you use a system like Cirrus or Yesware, the email tracking feature is not that valuable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My only peeve is with the price which is very high for the full license. I suggest you initially start small and use the app only for the inside sales team and not for the entire sales development team. Do not use it for field sales, as it provides minimal value compared to other apps like GTM or Webex.

Our inside sales team uses ClearSlide to communicate with prospects in the early stage of the sales process. In this stage you can use standardized content, so ClearSlide is helpful for this purpose.
