What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the screen share feature, I’m using it to present to my customers my products and ideas and they can even control my screen so I can easily see whether they are interested or not. Also, the latter is helpful especially when you try to troubleshoot an issue, I like that I can easily see what’s going on. I like that I can send a presentation to customer via ClearSlike and to view the analytics on customers’ interaction ( how long did they stay on each page, did they read the whole doc).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When customers’ browser is not updated then sharing screen can be difficult.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to solve customer engagement issues, to increase the customer’s engagement, marketing improvement. We receive data reporting so we can see the pages that were read and for how long.
