What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like most is the ability to store numerous presentation on one place/account. The software is flexible and user friendly. I like the screen share feature because this one helps me to create even better experience with my clients and host.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be buggy from time to time, there is a need to refresh the entire page. It can be frustrating to convey the URL so I can get them logged on to ClearSlide. The other thing I found awkward that previous client may hop onto the URL at a different time just when I have conversation with other client and even the presentation looks awkward. In addition, some clients when need to log on there comes a message that this tool is not safe and may cause some troubles.
