Definitely real-time monitoring! Like live-viewing

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I impressed by reports! That we can dowload even screenshots. Reports weren't automated but now they are! So no complains

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not sure, satisfied with the product completely

We improved productivity and our relations in the company in general
