I like that it allows me to create live segments with huge traffic volumes. Also, its support team is always open to suggestions and feedback. I like the analytics and engagement in one single dashboard.

It needs more focus on app analytics than on the websites.

Since we implemented this software we have experienced great results. We can easily keep track on our users and their progress on actions on our website. Its funnels are wonderful and you can set them up within minutes. In addition, the Flow-feature helps us to to figure out where our users spent most of time on our website. We often use web pop-ups and emails.
