What are the best aspects of this product?

I am very satisfied with my experience with ClickDesk. It is a communication tool that helped us interact with one another despite the distance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there will be some kind of tutorial on how to use ClickDesk as I found it quite difficult to navigate.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love how I don't have to add any add ons. That's one less thing to worry about.
