What are the best aspects of this product?
I am in love with how ClickDesk incorporates chat, helpdesk, call, and social commitment in one application. It is a very convenient way to reach out to our clients because of these features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I found it hard to navigate the application at first. It'd be better if there was some kind of tutorial for new users.

I was able to reach people despite their location.
