What are the best aspects of this product?
It is my personal small box that keeps all of my Chat, Helpdesk, Call, and Social Enagement data in 1 place! Many people don't know about it, but it is the app of the future. I like the admirable script loading time, and the fact that it is integrated with all Business apps. Price is just too modest for what you get!
