Yes, I can! In order to be good, a live chat system must be customizable, and that’s exactly how Clickdesk is. We incorporatet it on our website in no time, and it has been providing online support for users and random visitors ever since. It has a cool theme, and it is quite accurate when drawing data from our computer database. Those were our priorities, and it responded to them perfectly. There are also many open-customization facilities, such as agents, segments, macros, adding departments, etc. We just love it! Oh, i almost forgot: The tool integrated flawlessly with our major CRM, and gave us an app, a Chrome plug-in, and a Facebook page to work with. What else could we possibly have asked for!?

I would prefer a more functional ticketing system, this way it looks too simple.
