PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a very convenient system for our account managers who continuously have to deal with our clients' inquiries. ClickDesk allows us to interact with our customers while researching on ways how to help them. It also allows us to see what country our client is in so we can easily delegate the inquiry to the account manager assigned. Most importantly, if we miss a chat, the application will notify us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is not much to dislike about ClickDesk. If we can make a suggestion though, we'd love it if there are more professional looking avatars in the application. We think it'll give our clients a better impression of us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped greatly with our customer service. We can easily answer their inquiries and assist them with whatever they may need.
