What are the best aspects of this product?

Communicating at a personal level became possible with Clickdesk. Furthermore, the application is easy to use so I didn't have any trouble using any feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Like any new application, it takes some getting used to, but other than that, there is absolutely nothing to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to save time for other things because I didn't have to travel so much. It helped us maintain personal contact with potential clients too.
