What are the best aspects of this product?

Meetings are a breeze to make. This platform ensures you don't struggle doing it. Webinars are made by means of a step-by-step method. Essentially, everything seems easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only quib that I have with them is their support. I called up CS prior to buying their product. I wanted to be sure that a certain feature is available under the current plan that I wanted to get (they said it's there). Unfortunately, it wasn't the case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to reach out to prospects so our product can be shared. We felt having webinars is one excellent way of doing it. At the moment, we're still in the early stages. We can't tell immediately if we can reap the benefits.
