PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was inexpensive and the agreement was for month-to-month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. No Webinar testing mode, I had to create new events to test flow, ease of use for the attendee's, etc.
2. The UI for setting up webinars was very kludgy compared to others.
3. I signed up for one month. Period. Four months after my one period was over, they tried to charge my credit card for an additional month. Fortunately, my credit card company blocked the charge but did put my card on hold until I could speak with them. I was traveling and not able to call them directly for a period of time.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Testing mode and a far better UI to set-up the webinar

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was our first webinar, and taught us that you get what you paid for.
