What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to keep track of our website visitors and to start interaction with them. The price is reasonable and the system provides analyis of field numbers and forms. I often use its heat map feature, there is great functionality and we use user journey recording so we can easily perform our tasks. Also, we are able to maximize our landing page productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning it was difficult to create conversion funnel analytics but its tech support team helped me to resolve this issue. They could make the costing model more effective on multiple domains for a low cost. The commercials need to be more flexible so it can meet our requirements.

The system makes the conversion efficiency and data collection on enquiry forms more efficient. It helped us to increase the conversion rate.
