What are the best aspects of this product?

ClickTale is an important tool for our business because provides important information and analysis so I can easily improve and work on the conversion on the site and to understand our targets and their needs. I am able to keep track of records from users who fill in their details and searching over the questions they don’t understand, and those who try to find some contact information. Thanks to all these recordings I am able to make some changes on the website and as a result we managed to increase our conversion and income.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m sorry to say this, but the tool is not always intuitive, it takes some time to tag up the site and to find back some part of the site.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps in our performance of our online products, and we have improved our conversion by more than ½%
