What are the best aspects of this product?

ClickTale allows me to track my website visitors and to start conversation with them. I am very satisfied of the google analytic software. The price is affordable and the tool is very informative because provides analysis of forms and field numbers. I use the heat map feature. It provides me great functionality and this together with heat map feature and user journey recording is really helpful and very useful combination. We are able to maximize our landing page effectiveness.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first it was difficult to build conversion funnel analytics but this was resolved with latest updates. It would be great if they could make the costing model more effective for balancing our needs on multiple domains at a low cost. They could make the commercials more flexible so they can meet our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes the conversion efficiency and data collection on enquiry forms beneficial. After some time the conversion rate has increased after some rework of the forms.
