What are the best aspects of this product?

As someone who’s been working in the HR department, I got a lot of help from ClickTime in managing our interns due to the accessibility of the app. I like how its support team is readily available in case of any problems. Lastly, I find it fairly priced for its functions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The design is a bit boring in my opinion, I hope you can have the option to choose your own interface’s colors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Part of our job is to encourage our customers to use their smartphones for convenience purposes and because the app is user-friendly and easy-to-use, convincing them was no big deal, saving us time for other tasks.
