PROS: It helps to increase visibility in terms of managing team, projects and time tracking. Everything is well laid out for me when using this tool. It helps to track work among the employees in different projects and accounts. I can see how much budget is allocated to each team or project and thus know the direction we are going. When it comes to billing, I can easily see who is over billing and who is under billing. It opens up new ways through which you can track time and billing at the same time depending on the specific project or team you want to view.

CONS: I love everything about this tool. When it comes to time tracking for projects, it has provided seamless support. However there are some few areas that they can do better, based on my needs. For example, it would be nice if I could receive reminders automatically so that I can fill the time at the end of the day. This would help to keep track of what I have done at the end of the day, which will make billing more efficient. Also, for the part of milestones my team members should reach, there should be a way for ClickTime to send alerts if the members bill too high for a particular project.

PROS: As soon as you set up the system for your business, it is all smooth moving forward. It allows us to see what our employees are doing with their time. I have to report to the president of the company about what is happening on the ground. With this tool, my work has become seamless as I can create reports where the president can view them with ease. In short, I am able to track time, money and effort in a convenient manner which was not possible before. The mobile compatibility is bliss as employees an use their mobile phones to upload receipts and track expenses as a result. You can also pull up the expense reports as a result and thus helpful.

CONS: It is all we could have asked for. When it comes to knowing what our employees are doing, this tool has become of huge help. However, if they lag behind while using this tool, it gets tricky when you try to catch up. This is due to the detailed nature of the expense reports or sheets that the tool produces. It takes time and this can be a drawback. There is no reason as to why employees should lag behind which puts this drawback on us than on the ClickTime. Since it is easy to use, we are to blame for such a drawback as it should not happen in any way.

PROS: As someone who’s been working in the HR department, I got a lot of help from ClickTime in managing our interns due to the accessibility of the app. I like how its support team is readily available in case of any problems. Lastly, I find it fairly priced for its functions.

PROS: When we installed ClickTime to shift from paperwork into paperless and it was seamless. It was a big convenience to all of us, especially when it comes to scheduling tasks and filing documents, there's no need for bulky cabinets in the office.

CONS: Right now, I am using Excel and spreadsheets to assign tasks but I look forward to the next installment to provide timetables to our employees for more transparency in the schedules assigned.

PROS: Tracking and documentation has become seamless thanks to ClickTime. Since we have our employees working in different offices, it can be difficult to manage the time they put into work. Documenting all this will require a system that is takes into consideration that they are not working from one location. ClickTime has come to help with this as employees can manage their expenses and time cards with ease and speed. On the same note, their supervisors can approve the time cards quickly while they document them during the entire process. This is made possible by the presence of the comment boxes the product has to offer. The mobile app also equips employees with a platform on which they can capture their receipts and expenses and upload them on the system for documentation and approval. As a result, they can be reimbursed faster.

CONS: ClickTime has impressed us in terms of what it can provide and how it provides it. We cannot complain much about its functionality. However, we have a problem about how it looks. Although this is a minor issue, it would be better if they improved the appearance of the tool to the eye. All in all, as long as it provides the functionalities we need, this is not a problem. Apart from that, we are finding it difficult to set ups categories on the system. Maybe this is on us, but it would be good if there was a tutorial on how to set up categories on the same.

PROS: It helps me to manage the resources I have based on the budget of the client. This way I can make a decision on how much resources I should allocate to a project of the client in real time while accounting for the budget in place. There is also the mobile app which makes everything simple and easy. You do not have to be in front of your PC to submit the timesheets. You can do so from your mobile phone and thus flexible for anyone looking to track time and expenses on the move.

CONS: Although it offers seamless support in terms of functionality, it can be difficult to manage multiple clients without having to switch through different pages. For example, if you were the admin and you want to pull up reports on a certain client, you can do so on the same tab. However, when you want to do the same for a different client, you have to switch to a different page which can be frustrating at times when you want the job done quickly. It would be nice if the developers of the tool allowed all clients to fit in one page for efficiency.

PROS: Clicktime has a really reliable database. You’d be hard-pressed to lose your data if you use this tool and that is exactly what my company needs. Plus, you can organize your materials in categories for easier handling of tasks too.

CONS: Although the database is reliable, the actual time-tracking feature sometimes has a few lapses. We’ve had difficulty figuring this out, but we’ve realized that the timer sometimes stops ticking halfway through some tasks. This can be quite problematic considering that time recording is something that we really need.

PROS: ClickTime is a no-nonsense tracker that does its job really well. I wasn't floored by its features so much as to say that it's better than the other tools that provide the same support, but this has helped me a lot especially on the allocation of my time and budget.

CONS: This tracker does not give room for the more human side of management. For example, it does not support time-offs as well as track holiday premiums that one should normally be able to enjoy. Another thing, having someone back you up on your tasks when you go on leave is too much of a hassle.

PROS: We have scaled through other similar tools but they do not match what ClickTime has to offer. It is simple and offers seamless support in term of our time tracking needs. With years of searching elsewhere only to land with ClickTime, it has proven to us that it is the best in the market we have come across. Our staff found it easy to use and it did not require much training to get the hang of things. The submissions and approvals are automated as employees can get notifications automatically on when to submit their timecards, which save time. We feel that we are not making the most use out of this tool as we need to integrate it with our payroll or finance system for efficiency.

CONS: There is very little or no to say negative about this tool. Every feature has become of huge help on our part. Although we are yet to fully implement this tool in all our operations, it has become our go to software. We depend on it for time tracking and generating reports to help us make the right decisions moving forward. However, there are some improvements that they need to make when it comes to bulk actions on the tool. You should be able to make bulk changes on configurations and also bulk delete of accounts. This would help to speed up the process when you want to grant or deny permission of access to users or multiple user accounts from the system.

PROS: When it comes to getting up to speed with how the product works, ClickTime offers a user friendly interface that requires little or no training. In short, it is simple and new users can easily find their way around the features. The notifications are automated which means users can get them automatically when it comes to approving or submitting the timesheets. This eliminates delays and thus smooth operations. The customer support is highly responsive to the issues users are facing. On top of that, this tool has reliable and tailored reporting functionality to help you manage your time and resources effectively.

CONS: Although it is enabled with a mobile application, it is not the case for those users or clients who are DCAA compliance. This proves to be a drawback on our part as we deal with clients of different geographical locations and it would be nice if we could track time on the move. Our employees are always on the move both internally and externally and with such an application at our disposal we can make the best out of this product. The need for a mobile way through you can track time of a project for your team will help with accurate billing using your phone which is bliss.

PROS: It is intuitive and simple to use. Users are able to learn quickly how to use the features for time tracking. Apart from that, you can use the product on your PC and mobile device. This makes it reliable as you can track time on the move. Password managers are well equipped as you are able to manage multiple users on the system and authorize access to a specific number of users to specific accounts on your platform. This makes work easier and thus proper organization. Apart from that, the support team is highly responsive to bugs registered on the system. Once a user is unable to use a specific feature, they come in quickly to help out and follow up on the matter to make sure that the solution is permanent.

CONS: Since working with ClickTime we have been able to reap more good than bad. There is hardly anything to dislike about this tool as the problems we have encountered using it have been solved with speed by their support team. However, there are a few areas that need improving here and there. For example, their ReST API could be better than it currently is. It does not provide functionality on how to retrieve all employees in an organization. Also, the fact that the report builder is bulky makes it complex when you want to generate reports for the time tracking of your employees. It would be nice if they made it simple and less bulky for ease of use.

PROS: I love the customer support the product offers. Whenever you experience a problem with the tool, they are at your disposal to help out. You do not have to wait for hours let alone minutes to get help. On top of that, they are helpful and friendly to an extent where I have never experienced such friendly customer support before from similar applications I have used. This has helped us to get acquainted with the features of the tool with ease. In the end, we are able to move with speed as we know we are working with a team that cares about our business as they are readily available in case we face a problem.

CONS: Everything is nice about this product but I would prefer if they have better reporting. The reporting functionality that is currently there is good but I would prefer an advanced one. I would love reports that come with graphics to help me understand them better. With such reports, I can generate reports in an advanced way where interpretation will be straight forward. For example graphs and chats should be incorporated in the report feature and this would be of huge benefit on my part. All in all, I am happy with this product as it has come to make everything look simple.

PROS: It is simple and easy to use. My employees were onboard as soon as I introduced the tool into my business. This was great as it did not require much training. It also has an app which means that employees can install it on their phones and get right on to work. This way, they are able to track the time they have put to work with ease and accurately generate reports on the move. This saves time and money as reports can be generated with speed and accuracy. Also, the notifications on when the timesheets should be submitted are automated which makes work easier.

CONS: Our team has become more responsive to this tool. In real sense, I have nothing to say negative about this tool. It has made everything possible for us and we have not experienced any serious problems, worth mentioning, with this product. From generating standard and custom reports to giving our team the utmost platform on which they can track time, we are in a better place thanks to ClickTime. With more than 1 year of using this product, we can say we are satisfied with what it has to offer for our business.

PROS: It offers customization for both user accounts and admin accounts where you can easily edit reports based on how you want them to look like. For the case of reports, the admins have to come up with formulas and create groups so as to customize the reports generated by the system. With such customization the user experience is simple and intuitive which adds to the reliability of the product for time tracking and reporting. We are also working with the tech or development teams of ClickTime so that we can find ways to integrate it with other platforms. It has been a smooth experience as the support is highly responsive.

CONS: Despite the product being helpful towards time tracking, there are still some few things that need addressing. To start with, the need to approve a timesheet submitted is not clear to the supervisor or top manager. This is because they are unable to see how much time was spent on that timesheet before they can approve it. It would be better if there was a way to know the details of that time before you approve the timesheet for efficiency. Also, the mobile version of the tool does not show the changes that took place in the system as a result of customization. However, these issues are part of the roadmap to making it more reliable for users.

PROS: It is an all-round easy to use tool. Our employees were able to pick and go when we first implemented it. It offers reliable reporting where you can generate reports to know how well you are servicing your clients. Since it is cloud based, it is possible to access from anywhere regardless of where you are. We switched from TimeSlips and we have never looked back since then. It is intuitive and user friendly which adds to its efficiency in our business. The idea of tracking time and reporting on the same is made real by ClickTime and we have been fortunate enough to use it for just that.

CONS: It is everything we could ask for in time tracking and reporting. In fact, there is almost nothing to like about this tool. The customer support is impressive as they are able to follow up on your issues and take action where necessary, which gives you a smooth transition. The reporting is in real time, which allows you to manage time and know how you are utilizing your resources to service your clients. The features are seamless and you can manage multiple resources under one roof, which saves time and effort on our part. They are also constantly adding new features, which mean good things to come in future.
