What are the best aspects of this product?
When we installed ClickTime to shift from paperwork into paperless and it was seamless. It was a big convenience to all of us, especially when it comes to scheduling tasks and filing documents, there's no need for bulky cabinets in the office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Right now, I am using Excel and spreadsheets to assign tasks but I look forward to the next installment to provide timetables to our employees for more transparency in the schedules assigned.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When our company installed ClickTime, our productivity has significantly increased as administrators can now check and assign tasks depending on the employees‘ availability. I like how accounting is also linked in the timekeeping records of our client so that we know how much exactly can we charge our clients.
