What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps to increase visibility in terms of managing team, projects and time tracking. Everything is well laid out for me when using this tool. It helps to track work among the employees in different projects and accounts. I can see how much budget is allocated to each team or project and thus know the direction we are going. When it comes to billing, I can easily see who is over billing and who is under billing. It opens up new ways through which you can track time and billing at the same time depending on the specific project or team you want to view.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love everything about this tool. When it comes to time tracking for projects, it has provided seamless support. However there are some few areas that they can do better, based on my needs. For example, it would be nice if I could receive reminders automatically so that I can fill the time at the end of the day. This would help to keep track of what I have done at the end of the day, which will make billing more efficient. Also, for the part of milestones my team members should reach, there should be a way for ClickTime to send alerts if the members bill too high for a particular project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It acts as a watchdog tool for my projects. I am able to keep track of my team members and how they are utilizing their time for the success of the projects they are undertaking. Since I have multiple teams, I have to allocate multiple budgets to those teams. ClickTime has helped me to track all those budges by accurately tracking the time the members are putting in those projects for accurate billing. With such visibility, I can know where to allocate more money, if it is not enough or the project needs more time to complete. Also, I can share with clients how the budget allocated is being utilized.
