What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me to manage the resources I have based on the budget of the client. This way I can make a decision on how much resources I should allocate to a project of the client in real time while accounting for the budget in place. There is also the mobile app which makes everything simple and easy. You do not have to be in front of your PC to submit the timesheets. You can do so from your mobile phone and thus flexible for anyone looking to track time and expenses on the move.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it offers seamless support in terms of functionality, it can be difficult to manage multiple clients without having to switch through different pages. For example, if you were the admin and you want to pull up reports on a certain client, you can do so on the same tab. However, when you want to do the same for a different client, you have to switch to a different page which can be frustrating at times when you want the job done quickly. It would be nice if the developers of the tool allowed all clients to fit in one page for efficiency.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has been able to perform beyond our expectations. When it comes to managing our clients’ budgets, ClickTime has been helpful. We are able to track time against the budgets we have been offered by our clients. This makes it easy to analyze the return on investment (ROI) for our clients. It offers seamless support which means you can manage multiple teams working remotely from the same platform. With such functionality, we are able to utilize this opportunity to communicate with team members and identify new areas of growth and development.
