What are the best aspects of this product?

As soon as you set up the system for your business, it is all smooth moving forward. It allows us to see what our employees are doing with their time. I have to report to the president of the company about what is happening on the ground. With this tool, my work has become seamless as I can create reports where the president can view them with ease. In short, I am able to track time, money and effort in a convenient manner which was not possible before. The mobile compatibility is bliss as employees an use their mobile phones to upload receipts and track expenses as a result. You can also pull up the expense reports as a result and thus helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is all we could have asked for. When it comes to knowing what our employees are doing, this tool has become of huge help. However, if they lag behind while using this tool, it gets tricky when you try to catch up. This is due to the detailed nature of the expense reports or sheets that the tool produces. It takes time and this can be a drawback. There is no reason as to why employees should lag behind which puts this drawback on us than on the ClickTime. Since it is easy to use, we are to blame for such a drawback as it should not happen in any way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Working as an agency, you will have both clients and employees to manage. ClickTime has allowed us to track everything including the allocation of resources and how those resources are being utilized. With such capability, we can easily know which clients to prioritize and allocate more resources to, and which ones to cut back. Due to this we can convenience the highly recommended clients that we need a raise by putting more work into their projects. We are able to go back to clients and work for them tirelessly in order to win their hearts. This way, we serve clients based on how important they are for our business.
