What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to getting up to speed with how the product works, ClickTime offers a user friendly interface that requires little or no training. In short, it is simple and new users can easily find their way around the features. The notifications are automated which means users can get them automatically when it comes to approving or submitting the timesheets. This eliminates delays and thus smooth operations. The customer support is highly responsive to the issues users are facing. On top of that, this tool has reliable and tailored reporting functionality to help you manage your time and resources effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it is enabled with a mobile application, it is not the case for those users or clients who are DCAA compliance. This proves to be a drawback on our part as we deal with clients of different geographical locations and it would be nice if we could track time on the move. Our employees are always on the move both internally and externally and with such an application at our disposal we can make the best out of this product. The need for a mobile way through you can track time of a project for your team will help with accurate billing using your phone which is bliss.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously, we used excel spreadsheets to track time and generate reports for the hours or time the employees put in a project. Although it was easy as we had 4 employees, we have hired more and we have 25 currently. With such a number, manually tracking can be hectic and inaccurate as you may spend a lot of time creating timesheets. With ClickTime, we can now track and generate reports on different contracts we undertake or dour employees undertake. As a result, it is possible to analyze activities in those contracts and put more emphasize on those contracts, which are sustainable to our company.
