PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is intuitive and simple to use. Users are able to learn quickly how to use the features for time tracking. Apart from that, you can use the product on your PC and mobile device. This makes it reliable as you can track time on the move. Password managers are well equipped as you are able to manage multiple users on the system and authorize access to a specific number of users to specific accounts on your platform. This makes work easier and thus proper organization. Apart from that, the support team is highly responsive to bugs registered on the system. Once a user is unable to use a specific feature, they come in quickly to help out and follow up on the matter to make sure that the solution is permanent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since working with ClickTime we have been able to reap more good than bad. There is hardly anything to dislike about this tool as the problems we have encountered using it have been solved with speed by their support team. However, there are a few areas that need improving here and there. For example, their ReST API could be better than it currently is. It does not provide functionality on how to retrieve all employees in an organization. Also, the fact that the report builder is bulky makes it complex when you want to generate reports for the time tracking of your employees. It would be nice if they made it simple and less bulky for ease of use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to track time and resources accurately thanks to ClickTime. Apart from that, our employees found it easy to use which was added to the fact that we can track the time they have put into different projects and generate reports on the same. As a result, our time tracking systems were current and we could use the accurate data to make the best decisions regarding to development and growth. Employees are now able to complete and submit their timesheets electronically for the purpose of approval. This also saves time and in the end we cannot help it but be happy with what we get from ClickTime.
