What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an all-round easy to use tool. Our employees were able to pick and go when we first implemented it. It offers reliable reporting where you can generate reports to know how well you are servicing your clients. Since it is cloud based, it is possible to access from anywhere regardless of where you are. We switched from TimeSlips and we have never looked back since then. It is intuitive and user friendly which adds to its efficiency in our business. The idea of tracking time and reporting on the same is made real by ClickTime and we have been fortunate enough to use it for just that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is everything we could ask for in time tracking and reporting. In fact, there is almost nothing to like about this tool. The customer support is impressive as they are able to follow up on your issues and take action where necessary, which gives you a smooth transition. The reporting is in real time, which allows you to manage time and know how you are utilizing your resources to service your clients. The features are seamless and you can manage multiple resources under one roof, which saves time and effort on our part. They are also constantly adding new features, which mean good things to come in future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we are a communications agency, dealing with clients is our daily task and thus time is vital. ClickTime helps us to manage time and track it so that we can know the hours or time we are putting in into our clients. We have been able to accurately track time which was a problem before we could implement this product. Also, we strive to manage and track time on the move regardless of where we are. ClickTime, being cloud based, has helped us achieve this as we can access the system from anywhere. It is also easy to use, which is a plus on our part.
