What are the best aspects of this product?
I find ClickTools to be easy in terms of usage. I like its seamless integration with Salesforce. Their customer support is beyond amazing. The people I interact with are really experts that know how to get around issues. Even if they can't come up with an answer, they try taking things to another level. They focus intently on each customer.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, there's really nothing to hate. Their UI can use a bit of improvement. Knowledge base appears to be scarce in a way. But they've recently included more video tutorials and articles to make up for what's missing. I was even pushed to give feedback on their uploaded vids. They take their customers seriously.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to make a survey that would automatically push a customer survey per 5 cases. We also carried out another survey, but this time, it's customer-oriented. If that customer happens to not get a survey within the past 30 days, they'd wind up with another. The benefits here is that we're able to close the gap with customes and enhance customer experience.
